Studio owner Kerry Spear has been a certified Pilates instructor and personal trainer in the Palo Alto area since 2000. A Post-Rehabilitation Pilates Practitioner through Polestar International, she is uniquely able to assess and create appropriate programs for clients of all fitness levels. Her teaching credentials include Level 3 Core Align, Bohdi Suspension, Tai Chi Fit and Qigong, and Foundation Training. Kerry participated in Balanced Body's “Passing the Torch” year long mentoring program with Tom McCook in 2013, as well as master classes with Sherri Betz, Kathy Corey, Alan Herdman, Eric Franklin, Madeline Black, Lisa Marie Goodwin, Philip Beach, Dr. Eric Goodman, and Dr. Brent Anderson, among others.

Kerry leads Healthy Back, Pilates and yoga classes at Stanford University. She is a preferred osteoporosis instructor via americanbonehealth.org
